Peanut Butter Passion Cake, oh my! 
My kids like to cook and absolutely love to bake!  Every now and then (usually at the request of friends) I will post recipes on my blog. Every recipe I share is one that my kids both cook and enjoy eating. My philosophy is that food should look good, taste good, be easy to prepare, and be free of processed and refined non-nutrients and fillers. With the exception of desserts which should always be a special treat, we try to eat sugar free, whole grain, nutritional meals. We use lean proteins and a lot of fruits and veggies.  - That being said, please share and enjoy our family favorites. And, check back from time to time to see what we add.

Eating "clean" doesn't have to be hard or tasteless or even boring, but it does take some forethought and a bit of an adjustment period to get your family on board.  Why I eat clean.
